Combining Art and Photography: Embracing Creativity Beyond Bounds
As a communication designer, I navigate a world that demands precision, strategic thinking, and logical problem-solving. Each project calls for meticulous visual communication, offering little room for abstract expression. Despite the rewards of this structured environment, I crave a creative escape, seeking to transcend the boundaries of reason.
To fulfill this yearning, I embark on a captivating journey into the realm of surrealism, where logic and reality cease to constrain my imagination. Here, artistic exploration knows no limits, enabling me to give form to ideas that transcend the physical world. Surrealism becomes a liberating channel, where emotions find expression beyond words and unbridled creativity thrives.
My passion for photography kindled at the tender age of 7 when I first held an old Agfa 120mm camera. It soon became an alternate profession, as I devoted six years to interning with a photographer in Kolkata, India, honing my technical skills and delving into the nuances of photography. Similar to my paintings, my photography mirrors a dark and romanticized portrayal of solitude. Through the lens, I capture the essence of solitary moments, transforming them into visual poetry that invites viewers to explore the depths of the human experience.
In both art and photography, I find an escape from the confines of rationality. These creative avenues serve as channels to express the ineffable and invite others to immerse themselves in the captivating worlds I create.
